Welcome to Khokhar Traders. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (khokhartraders.com) and any purchase of building materials, paint, hardware or construction services from us. Khokhar Traders is a building material supplier, paint & hardware store and construction services provider based in Jhelum, Punjab, Pakistan.

By using our website, contacting us, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Plain-English promise: nothing published on this website — including prices, rates, quantities, delivery times, guides or blog posts — is an offer, a fixed quotation or a warranty. The only terms that bind Khokhar Traders are those our team explicitly confirms to you at the time of your order, or the written contract you sign with our management for construction work.

1. Using Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only — browsing products, reading guides, requesting quotations, and contacting us. You agree not to: violate any Pakistani law or regulation; infringe the intellectual property rights of any person; transmit viruses or malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or customer accounts; scrape, copy or republish our blog content, product descriptions or other content without our written permission; or submit false or fraudulent order requests.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer, cancel any pending order, and block access to the website at our sole discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated or conduct is harmful to our business, staff or customers.

2. Products We Sell

We sell genuine building materials, paints, hardware sourced from authorised distributors and manufacturers in Pakistan. Our core cement stock is Cherat, Fecto and Flying Pakistan, alongside Bestway Cement, Maple Leaf White Cement, and Happilac tile bonds in 20kg and 40kg bags — other brands and items are stocked seasonally, so please confirm availability with our team before ordering.

Product images are for illustration only. Actual colour, texture, dimensions and finish may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings and manufacturer updates. Where exact specifications matter, please confirm with our team before placing your order.

3. Rates & Pricing — Contact Us First

Material rates in Pakistan change daily. For that reason we do not publish fixed prices on this website. Any figure you see in our guides or blog posts is an indicative market estimate for planning only — it is not a quotation and may be out of date by the time you read it.

• The correct rate is always the one our team confirms with you on the day.
• A rate confirmed over the phone is valid for that time of day only.
• A rate is locked only with an official order and advance payment.

4. Orders

Orders may be placed through our website, by phone or WhatsApp at +92 331 5083 648, by email at khokhartradersjlm@gmail.com, or in person at our Jhelum shop. When you place an order, our team will confirm availability, the day's rate, delivery charges and the expected delivery time before processing. An order is not accepted until our team explicitly confirms it — an automated website or cart message does not constitute acceptance.

We may decline any order at our discretion, including orders we cannot supply in the requested timeframe, or delivery locations outside our service area.

5. Payments

Payment for products is due in full before or at the time of delivery unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept cash (PKR), bank transfer, selected mobile wallets, and — for established commercial customers — cheques. Our team confirms the available payment methods with you when you order.

Construction services: the scope of work, timeline, standards and payment schedule for any construction or finishing service are agreed case-by-case at the time of contract with our management and set out in your signed project agreement. We do not publish fixed milestone percentages or schedules.

6. Delivery

We deliver locally within about 10–15 km of Jhelum city centre — Jhelum City, Civil Lines, Bilal Town, Kala Gujran, Haji Aima, Kotla Aima, Katchery, Mohamdi Chowk, Chishtian Mohallah, Madina Town, CITI Housing and many more nearby areas. Further out, we may still be able to deliver with extra charges — please ask and we will confirm honestly.

• Delivery charges are agreed at the time of order: share your location, we calculate the exact distance and confirm the charge before anything is loaded — or you can arrange your own transport.
• Shop materials (cement, iron rebars/sariya, chips, tile bonds, paints, hardware) are at ex-shop rates — either we deliver at the agreed charge, or you arrange your own transport.
• Loose materials (sand, aggregate/crush, soil and gassu for foundation filling, and bricks on a full trolley) usually come with delivery included.
• Full-truck cement delivery: we can deliver 350–500 bags in one full truck to sites that can accommodate a bigger truck — saving you many small-loader trips.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Weather, traffic, supplier delays and events beyond our control can cause delays — we will inform you early and provide an updated time.

Please inspect materials at the time of delivery and report any damage, shortage or incorrect item to our delivery team immediately.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds follow our Returns & Refund Policy. In short: unopened, undamaged items in original packaging may be returnable within 7 days of delivery — please contact us first with your order details and we will guide you through it. Some items (custom-cut steel, mixed paint, bulk loose materials, special orders) cannot be returned.

8. Product Quality

We supply genuine, factory-sealed products and never knowingly sell counterfeit, re-bagged or expired stock. Every product is manufactured and packed by its brand — we only supply it. As a supplier, Khokhar Traders does not provide any product warranty, guarantee or performance claim of its own. Please inspect your materials at delivery — if anything is damaged, defective or short-supplied, contact us promptly and we will sort it out in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.

9. Construction Services — Agreed at Contract; No Warranty of Results

For construction and finishing services, everything that matters — scope, quality standards, timeline and payments — is agreed at the time of contract with our management and written into your signed project agreement. That signed agreement is the only document that defines our commitments for the work.

Construction outcomes depend on design, site conditions, soil, materials handling, curing, weather and workmanship. Guidance published on our website or blog — including quantities, mix ratios and material suggestions — is general information only. It is not a warranty or guarantee of any result, and real results can differ from any estimate. Always speak with your engineer, contractor or a qualified professional before acting on any guidance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Khokhar Traders is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website, products or services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service concerned. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — articles, product descriptions, images, layout and code — belongs to Khokhar Traders or its content suppliers. You may share links to our pages freely; please ask before republishing our content.

12. Privacy & Advertising

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your information. We use cookies to improve browsing and remember your cart, and we display third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense) which may use cookies for personalised advertising — you can opt out through Google Ads Settings.
