About Us

Introduction

Khokhar Traders has been serving the construction and home-building community of Jhelum, Punjab, for over a decade. Founded with a single mission — to make quality building materials, paint, and hardware accessible to every homeowner and contractor in Jhelum at honest rates — we have grown from a small hardware shop into a multi-division business serving thousands of customers across the region. Whether you are building a new home, renovating an existing property, or sourcing materials for a commercial project, our team brings deep product knowledge, transparent pricing, and reliable delivery to every order.

What We Do — Four Divisions, One Standard of Quality

Khokhar Building Materials

Our building materials division supplies everything needed to take a project from foundation to finishing. We stock:

• **Cement** — our core stock: Cherat, Fecto and Flying Pakistan, plus Bestway and Maple Leaf White Cement, and Happilac tile bonds in 20kg & 40kg — in 50kg bags and bulk orders.
• Steel (saria) — grade 40 and grade 60 from Amreli, Mughal, Ittefaq, and other certified mills
• Bricks — red bricks (A-Grade and B-Grade), fly-ash bricks, and concrete blocks
• Sand — Chenab sand, Ravi sand, and fine sand for plaster
• Crush (bajri) — Margallah, Sargodha, and Tor for concrete, plaster, and tile work
• Tiles — ceramic, porcelain, and granite for floors, walls, and countertops

Material rates change daily — call or WhatsApp us for today's exact rate before you budget or order.

Khokhar Paint and Hardware Store

Our paint and hardware division is the largest authorised dealer of Happilac paints in Jhelum. We stock interior and exterior emulsions, weather shields, enamels, primers, and thinners from Happilac, Diamond, Berger, Nippon, and Asian Paints. Our hardware range includes door hinges, locks, handles, tower bolts, door stoppers, plumbing fittings (PVC and PVC pipes, valves, faucets), and electrical accessories (switches, sockets, MCBs). Our staff can help you choose the right paint for your surface, calculate coverage per square foot, and recommend finishes that match your budget and design.

Khokhar Builders

For customers who want a single point of contact from foundation to finishing, our builders' division offers professional construction services. We specialise in grey structure construction for 5-marla, 10-marla, and 1-kanal houses, including foundation work, RCC slabs, brickwork, plaster, and tile installation. We also handle waterproofing for roofs, basements, and water tanks, and offer turnkey project management with fixed-cost quotations so you know exactly what your project will cost before we begin.

Khokhar Hardware

Our hardware division provides tools, fittings, and accessories for contractors and homeowners. We carry everything from basic hand tools to specialised door, window, and cabinet hardware, with brands sourced from local and international manufacturers. Whether you need a single tower bolt for a bathroom door or a complete set of hinges and handles for a new house, we stock the full range.

Why Choose Khokhar Traders

**Honest pricing** — material rates change daily, so we quote the latest market rate on call; a rate is locked only with an official order and advance payment.

Genuine products only — every cement bag, steel bar, and paint can we sell is sourced directly from authorised distributors. We do not stock counterfeit or grey-market goods.

Local expertise — our staff lives in Jhelum, knows the local construction norms, and can answer questions specific to the region's soil, climate, and building practices.

**Reliable delivery** — local delivery within about 10–15 km of Jhelum city centre with our own fleet, and further out with extra charges where possible. Delivery charges are agreed at the time of order — or arrange your own transport.

**Post-sale support** — if a product is damaged, defective, or short-supplied, contact us promptly and we will sort it out in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Our Two Shops on Karimpura Road

Words on a website are one thing — a yard you can walk into is another. We run two shops side by side on Karimpura Road, opposite Hafiz Karyana Store, Jhelum:

• Khokhar Building Material Supplier — the materials yard. OPC 53 grade and PPC cement, Grade 60 and Grade 40 steel, checked brick loads, Chenab and Ravi sand, crush and tiles. The materials counter opens at 6 am, because that is when sites start.
• Khokhar Paint and Hardware Store — the colour and tools side. Happilac paints and coatings, brushes, hardware fittings and the tools list for the whole house, from 7 am.

Both shops are rated 5.0 on Google. Read what customers say before you visit — or leave us one after your first delivery.
