We stock Grade 40 and Grade 60 steel bars from Amreli, Mughal, Ittefaq, and other certified Pakistani mills. Grade 60 (60,000 PSI yield strength) is the standard choice for RCC slabs, beams, columns, and load-bearing structures. Grade 40 is suitable for non-load-bearing applications, lintels, and small residential projects. For 5-marla and 10-marla houses, we recommend Grade 60 throughout.

It depends on the material. **Shop materials** — cement, iron rebars (sariya), chips, tile bonds, paints, hardware — are priced at **ex-shop rates**: either we deliver at an agreed charge, or you arrange your own transport. **Loose materials** — sand, aggregate (crush), soil and gassu for foundation filling, and bricks when ordered on a full trolley — normally come with **delivery included** within our regular delivery area.

Yes. We deliver **350 to 500 cement bags in one full truck** straight to your site, provided a larger truck can safely reach it. A small loader carries a maximum of **25–35 bags per load**, so one full-truck delivery saves you many loader trips and real local transport costs.

Material rates **change daily**. A rate confirmed over the phone is valid **for that time of day only**. A rate is **locked only with an official order and advance payment** — we confirm the final rate and the delivery charge together before anything is dispatched.

Jhelum experiences hot summers, monsoon rains, and dry winters. For exterior walls, we recommend weather-shield emulsions from Happilac Paint as it is formulated to resist UV fading, fungal growth, and water penetration.
